When I first started coaching other Men on how to live empowered, exciting, and fulfilling lines, I’m not afraid to admit that I had no idea what I was doing. I was shooting arrows into the dark and hoping I hit a target.

I knew that there was a challenge that needed overcoming and a pain that needed healing, but I had no idea how to help the guy standing in front of me deal with that challenge.

So, I started testing.

One technique, idea, method at a time, until I developed what I believe to be the simplest and most effective system for helping Men get from where they are now to where they want to be.

The first thing I needed to work out was what the actual problem was. There were so many vague answers and even the more concrete answers were plagued with inconsistencies. So, I set out on a journey of discovering what I believe the real problem in Men’s lives was.

It only took me most my first 4 years coaching to work it out but when I did, it finally made everything clear.

If you want to start out in the world of Men’s Coaching but aren’t sure how to even start the conversation, this will give you a simple structure to use to start making a difference.

(NOTE: This is a work in progress. Each article will be linked from here as it’s completed)

1. Identify the ACTUAL challenge

2. Find an effective solution

3. Develop a game plan to implement this solution

4. Monitor and support the Man’s as he implements this plan

5. Repeat steps 1 – 5

Sounds simple? Well, it might look that way on paper, but there are far more intricacies and subtle nuance in this process than you might not be aware of if you haven’t tried to implement this.
